【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardappliestothespecificationofperformance,withprimaryreferencetoindustrialapplications,ofthefollowingkindsofelectricalandelectronicequipment:-indicatingandrecordinginstrumentswhichmeasureelectricalquantities;-materialmeasureswhichsupplyelectricalquantities;-instrumentswhichmeasurenon-electricalquantitiesusingelectricalmeans,forallpartsofthemeasuringchainwhichpresentelectricaloutputsignals.Thisstandardappliestothespecificationofperformanceofinstrumentsoperatinginsteady-stateconditions(see3.1.15),usualinindustrialapplications.ItisbasedonthemethodsexpoundedinGUMforexpressingandevaluatingtheuncertaintyofmeasurement,andreferstoGUMforthestatisticalprocedurestobeusedindeterminingtheintervalsassignedtorepresentuncertainty(includingthewaytoaccountfornon-negligibleuncertaintiesinthetraceabilitychain).Thisstandarddoesnotaddressthepropagationofuncertaintybeyondtheinstrument(orthemeasuringequipment)whoseperformanceisconsideredandwhichmayundergocompliancetesting.Theobjectistoprovidemethodsforensuringuniformityinthespecificationanddeterminationofuncertaintiesofequipmentwithinitsscope.AllothernecessaryrequirementshavebeenreservedfordependentIECproductstandardspertainingtoparticulartypesofequipmentwhichfallwithinthescopeofthisstandard.Forexample:theselectionofmetrologicalcharacteristicsandtheirranges,andofinfluencequantitiesandtheirspecifiedoperatingranges,isreservedforIECproductstandards.
