本标准规定了钢管(套管、油管、平端套管衬管和短节)及附件的交货技术条件。本标准适用于符合ISO 10422或APl Spec 513的下列类型连接： ——短圆螺纹套管连接(STC)； ——长圆螺纹套管连接(LC)； ——偏梯形螺纹套管连接(BC)； ——直连型套管连接(XC)； ——不加厚油管连接(NU)； ——外加厚油管连接(EU)： ——整体连接油管连接(IJ)。对于这些连接，本标准规定了接箍和螺纹保护的交货技术条件。本标准规定了管子的规格、质量(重量)、壁厚、钢级和适用的管端加工。本标准还可适用于带有ISO／API标准未包括的连接的管子。
