【摘要】:ThispartofISO898specifiesmechanicalandphysicalpropertiesofbolts,screwsandstudsmadeofcarbonsteelandalloysteelwhentestedatanambienttemperaturerangeof10℃to35℃.Fasteners--thetermusedwhenbolts,screwsandstudsareconsideredalltogether--thatconformtotherequirementsofthispartofISO898areevaluatedatthatambienttemperaturerange.Theymightnotretainthespecifiedmechanicalandphysicalpropertiesatelevatedtemperatures(seeAnnexB)and/orlowertemperatures.NOTE1FastenersconformingtotherequirementsofthispartofISO898areusedinapplicationsrangingfrom-50℃to+150℃.Usersareadvisedtoconsultanexperiencedfastenermetallurgistfortemperaturesoutsidetherangeof-50℃to+150℃anduptoamaximumtemperatureof+300℃whendeterminingappropriatechoicesforagivenapplication.NOTE2Informationfortheselectionandapplicationofsteelsforuseatlowerandelevatedtemperaturesisgiven,forexample,inEN10269,ASTMF2281andinASTMA320/A320M.CertainfastenersmightnotfulfilthetensileortorsionalrequirementsofthispartofISO898-1becausethegeometryoftheirheadsreducestheshearareaintheheadcomparedtothestressareainthethread.Theseincludefastenershavingalowhead,withorwithoutexternaldrivingfeature,alowroundorcylindricalheadwithinternaldrivingfeatureoracountersunkheadwithinternaldrivingfeature(see8.2).ThispartofISO898isapplicabletobolts,screwsandstudsa)madeofcarbonsteeloralloysteel,b)havingtriangularISOmetricscrewthreadaccordingtoISO68-1,c)withcoarsepitchthreadM1,6toM39,andfinepitchthreadM8×1toM39×3,d)withdiameter/pitchcombinationsaccordingtoISO261andISO262,e)havingthreadtolerancesaccordingtoISO965-1,ISO965-2andISO965-4.Itisnotapplicabletosetscrewsandsimilarthreadedfastenersnotundertensilestresses(seeISO898-5).Itdoesnotspecifyrequirementsforsuchpropertiesas--weldability,--corrosionresistance,--resistancetoshearstress,--torque/clampforceperformance,or--fatigueresistance.
