【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyofelectricappliancesforthecareofskinorhairofpersonsoranimalsandintendedforhouseholdandsimilarpurposes,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250V.NOTE101Examplesofappliancesthatarewithinthescopeofthisstandardare–curlingcombs;–curlingirons;–curlingrollerswithseparateheaters;–facialsaunas;–hairdryers;–handdryers;–heaterswithdetachablecurlers;–permanent-waveappliances.NOTE102Appliancescoveredbythisstandardmayincorporatesteam-producingorspray-producingdevices.Appliancesnotintendedfornormalhouseholdusebutthatneverthelessmaybeasourceofdangertothepublic,suchasappliancesintendedtobeusedbylaymeninshops,inlightindustryandonfarms,arewithinthescopeofthisstandard.NOTE103Examplesareappliancesforuseinhairdressingsalons.Asfarasispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbyappliancesthatareencounteredbyallpersonsinandaroundthehome.However,ingeneral,itdoesnottakeintoaccount–persons(includingchildren)whose??physical,sensoryormentalcapabilities;or??lackofexperienceandknowledgepreventsthemfromusingtheappliancesafelywithoutsupervisionorinstruction;–childrenplayingwiththeappliance.NOTE104Attentionisdrawntothefactthat–forappliancesintendedtobeusedinvehiclesoronboardshipsoraircraft,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary;–inmanycountriesadditionalrequirementsarespecifiedbythenationalhealthauthorities,thenationalauthoritiesresponsiblefortheprotectionoflabourandsimilarauthorities.NOTE105Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto–appliancesintendedexclusivelyforindustrialpurposes;–appliancesintendedtobeusedinlocationswherespecialconditionsprevail,suchasthepresenceofacorrosiveorexplosiveatmosphere(dust,vapourorgas);–shavers,hairclippersandsimilarappliances(IEC60335-2-8);–blankets,pads,clothingandsimilarflexibleheatingappliances(IEC60335-2-17);–UVandIRradiationappliances(IEC60335-2-27);–saunaheatingappliances(IEC60335-2-53);–appliancesintendedformedicalpurposes(IEC60601).
