【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60749providesatestfordeterminingtheeffectsofconstantaccelerationoncavity-typesemiconductordevices.Itisanacceleratedtestdesignedtoindicatetypesofstructuralandmechanicalweaknessesnotnecessarilydetectedinshockandvibrationtest.Itmaybeusedasahighstress(destructive)testtodeterminethemechanicallimitsofthepackage,internalmetallisationandleadsystem,dieorsubstrateattachment,andotherelementsofthemicroelectronicdevice.Whenproperstresslevelshavebeenestablishedthistestmethodmayalsobeemployedasanon-destructivein-line100%screentodetectandeliminatedeviceswithlowerthannormalmechanicalstrengthsinanyofthestructuralelements.Ingeneral,thisaccelerationsteady-statetestmethodisinconformitywithIEC60068-2-7but,duetospecificrequirementsofsemiconductors,theclausesofthisstandardapply.
