【摘要】:ThistestmethodmeasurestheacidnumberofoilsobtainedfromlaboratoryoxidationtestsusingsmalleramountsofsamplethanTestMethodsD974orD664.IthasspecificapplicationinTestMethodD943inwhichsmallaliquotsofoilareperiodicallyremovedfortestingbyTestMethodD3339.Thistestmethod,therefore,providesameansofmonitoringtherelativeoxidationofoils,bymeasuringchangesinacidnumber,atdifferenttimeintervalsandunderthevariousoxidizingtestconditions.FIG.1SchematicDrawingofTypicalApparatus1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofacidicconstituentsinneworusedpetroleumproductsandlubricantssolubleornearlysolubleinmixturesoftoluene,andisopropylalcohol.ThetestmethodisespeciallyintendedforcasesinwhichtheamountofsampleavailabletobeanalyzedistoosmalltoallowaccurateanalysisbyTestMethodsD974orD664.Itisapplicableforthedeterminationofacidshavingdissociationconstantsinwaterlargerthan10x2212;9.Extremelyweakacidshavingdissociationconstantssmallerthan10x2212;9donotinterfere.Saltstitrateiftheirhydrolysisconstantsarelargerthan10x2212;9.1.2Thistestmethodcanbeusedtoindicaterelativechangesinacidnumberthatoccurinanoilduringuseunderoxidizingconditions.Althoughthetitrationismadeunderdefiniteequilibriumconditions,themethoddoesnotmeasureanabsoluteacidicpropertythatcanbeusedtopredictperformanceofanoilunderserviceconditions.Nogeneralrelationshipbetweenbearingcorrosionandacidnumberisknown.1.3SincethistestmethodrequiressubstantiallylesssamplethanTestMethodsD974orD664,itprovidesanadvantageousmeansofmonitoringanoxidationtestbychangesinacidnumberby(1)minimizingtestsampledepletionforacidnumberanalysesandthusminimizingthedisturbanceofthetestor(2)allowingadditionalacidnumberanalysestobemadewhilemaintainingthesametestsampledepletionandthusprovidingadditionaldata.Note18212;Someoils,suchasmanycuttingoils,rust-proofingoils,andsimilarcompoundedoils,orexcessivelydark-coloredoils,maybemoredifficulttoanalyzebythistestmethodduetoobscurityofthecolor-indicatorendpoint.TheseoilscanbeanalyzedbyTestMethodD664providedsufficientsampleisavailable.However,thissituationismuchlesslikelyusingTestMethodD3339thanusingTestMethodD974duetotheuseofamorehighlydilutesampleduringthetitrationandduetothegreaterstabilityoftheendpointcolorchange.TheacidnumbersobtainedbyTestMethodD3339mayormaynotbenumericallythesameasthoseobtainedbyTestMethodD664buttheyshouldbeofthesameorderofmagnitude.Note28212;TheresultsobtainedusingthismethodhavebeenfoundtobenumericallythesameasthoseobtainedusingTestMethodD974,withintheprecisionofthetwomethods,forneworoxidizedlubricantsofthetypeprimarilyintendedforhydraulicorsteamturbinetypeservice.TheoxidizedlubricantswereobtainedusingtheTestMethodD943oxidationtest.Thiscorrelationisshownbythecorrelationcoefficientr

【摘要】:ThispartofISO148coverstheverificationoftheconstructionalelementsofpendulum-typeimpacttestingmachines.Itisapplicabletomachineswith2mmorwith8mmstrikersusedforpendulumimpacttestscarriedout,forinstance,inaccordancewithISO148-1.Itcananalogouslybeappliedtopendulumimpacttestingmachinesofothercapacitiesandofdifferentdesign.Impactmachinesusedforindustrial,generalorresearchlaboratorytestingofmetallicmaterialsinaccordancewiththispartofISO148arereferredtoasindustrialmachines.Thosewithmorestringentrequirementsarereferredtoasreferencemachines.SpecificationsfortheverificationofreferencemachinesarefoundinISO148-3.ThispartofISO148describestwomethodsofverification.a)ThedirectmethodwhichisstaticinnatureandinvolvesmeasurementofthecriticalpartsofthemachinetoensurethatitmeetstherequirementsofthispartofISO148.TheverificationequipmentshallhaveacertifiedtraceabilitytotheInternationalUnitSystem.Thedirectmethodshallbeusedwhenamachineisbeinginstalledorrepaired,oriftheindirectmethodgivesanincorrectresult.b)Theindirectmethod,whichisdynamicinnature,andwhichusereferencetestpiecestoverifypointsonthemeasuringscale.ApendulumimpacttestingmachineisnotincompliancewiththispartofISO148untilithasbeenverifiedbyboththedirectandindirectmethods(seeclause12).TherequirementsforthereferencetestpiecesarefoundinISO148-3.NOTE—ThispartofISO148takesintoaccountthetotalenergyabsorbedinfracturingthetestpieceusinganindirectmethod.Thistotalabsorbedenergyconsistsof1)theenergyneededtobreakthetestpieceitselfand2)theinternalenergylossesofthependulumimpacttestingmachineperformingthefirsthalf-cycleswingfromtheinitialposition.Internalenergylossesaredueto:a)Airresistance,frictionofthebearingsoftherotationaxisandtheindicatingpointerofthependulumwhichcanbedeterminedbythedirectmethod(see9.4).b)Shockofthefoundation,vibrationoftheframeandpendulumforwhichnosuitablemeasuringmethodsandapparatushavebeendeveloped.
